Kosova in five days, from a single hotel
Kosova is small enough to see without changing hotels every night. This is the plan we suggest to guests who stay at HAREA for five days.

Day 1: Prizren
Begin with the nearest town. Shadërvan, the Stone Bridge, the League of Prizren complex and the climb to the fortress at sunset fill the day without hurry. The drive back to the hotel takes about twenty minutes.
Day 2: the Sharr Mountains
Pass through Prizren again and climb to Prevallë for mountain air, walks in the meadows and a lunch with Sharr cheese. It is an easy day, welcome after the first day’s sightseeing.
Day 3: Gjakova and Mirusha
Spend the morning in Gjakova’s Grand Bazaar, among the craftsmen’s shops and the Hadum Mosque. In the afternoon, cool off at the Mirusha Waterfalls before heading back.
Day 4: Prishtina and Gadime
Stop at Gadime Cave on the way to the capital. In Prishtina, see the Newborn monument, the National Library and the museums, and leave time for coffee on the boulevard.
Day 5: Peja and Rugova Canyon
The longest day is kept for last: Peja’s bazaar, the Patriarchate and Rugova Canyon. Return through Deçan and close the trip with dinner in the hotel restaurant.
Why a single base
None of these trips is more than an hour and a half each way. That means your luggage stays in the room, breakfast is in the same place every day, and the plan can change with the weather. If you have only three days, keep Prizren, Prishtina and Peja with Rugova.
